Two Questions for Some Bar, Clubs and Restaurant Owners
1) How come that you operate in this business without even have a slight idea of how the industry operates or how the business is run and still figure out that you will destroy your competition which is comprised of entrepreneurs who have been in that field for years?
2) Why do you open your establishment and then proceed to figure out how to get people there? Wouldn’t it make sense to determine first the gap that you will fulfill in the marketplace and then put up the bar, restaurant or night club?
I am starting to come to terms that the reasons most new bars, clubs and restaurants bite the dust within their their first year in operation is a result of such strategic mistakes.
